Return Eligibility Requirements
- UPDATED! No refunds.
- In store purchases of clothing items can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT within SEVEN days of purchase with tags still on.
- Bathing suits, shoes, accessories and candles are NOT eligible for store credit.
- Online purchases must be returned within fourteen days for a full return
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you've received a defective/ damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Permanent Jewelry
- We always double check our work, however things can happen!
- Always save your chain if it breaks!!
- If your permanent jewelry breaks, we will fix it as no cost (if you bring your chain!!)
- We can NOT offer refunds or replacements
- If you want us to fix a chain that was not bought from us, there is a $20 fee

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
